Ooziums also called Oozium 238s are a mysterious ooze developed by the Black Hole Army. They impervious to bombs from weapons, missiles from missile silos, and even CO Powers except for a small defensive boost. They cannot be built or repaired. They were the ultimate weapon of the Black Hole Army in the last war. It devours any unit it touches. They have no weapons and cannot attack. It can only consume all in it's path.
